Inspired by my first visit to Goodwood in 2010, Vintage Christal is a collection of remarkable vintage pieces from the 1950S to the 2000s — chosen for their craftsmanship, character and provenance.
Some have already lived for 40, 50, even 60 years. They still have plenty of life left in them, and they’re ready for a new chapter — with you, my dashing dames, dandies and rebels.

A little something about me
It all started with Goodwood in 2010 — and an eye for the extraordinary.
My eye for beautifully made, unusual and enduring pieces has been with me for as long as I remember.
Africa has always shaped the way I see — through its colours, textures, craftsmanship, elegance and a freedom of expression unafraid of audacity or difference. It is a sensibility that has been with me for as long as I can remember, almost instinctively.
Alongside it came another sensibility: French elegance — that unmistakable sense of allure and refinement, made in France!
Together, these influences have shaped the way I dress: instinctive, personal and rarely dictated by trends.
But it was my husband who first took me to Goodwood in 2010 — and unknowingly opened the door to a world that immediately felt like mine.
Since then, I’ve been collecting, curating the beauties that make me stop, look twice and think : “what a striking beauty.”
Give me an hour in a shop, a market or amongst a rail of clothes and I’ll usually come out with something sophisticated, unexpected, or slightly eccentric.
